While these are great starting points, your implementation portfolio should be diversified. So, let's talk about how to expand your portfolio into something that will be helpful to your users. 

🗂️ Navigating the Matrix

I like to use a 3x3 matrix for analyzing our implementation portfolio: you should have assets that work for

• 🔉Audio presentations

• 🔍 Visual presentations

• 📝 Text presentations

And... these need to work in

• 🤵 Live settings

• 🧑💻 Blended settings (instructor led with self-exploration chunks)

• 💻 Self-led settings

Make yourself a 3x3 matrix. Log your resources that you have. Be sure to link access points to the resources to the matrix for easier access later.

🎰 Where do assets go in the grid?

So, let's look at an example: You have a help center.

That's generally going to be useful in 💻📝 self-led text-based onboarding since help centers and knowledge bases are usually text and image based. (You could add #videos or #gifs to spice it up!)

Could you incorporate your Help Center into your live presentation? Sure, but it's not the corner stone. So, make a self-led guide in your help center for onboarding.

But, you're not done!

➡️ You still need an blended text object - this can be handouts that accompany your instructor led PD, such as case-specific flyers that follow up on topics discussed in the session or a 1-pager about the session.

Because #learners have #preferences for #knowledgeacquisition and while these preferences are not requirements, presenting knowledge that matches their preference builds brand trust and encourages usage for your #techproducts.
